I love to cook. But i am also about easy and taste good for left overs so that if I dont have someone to share it with I am willing to eat it for a few days so it dosent go bad… i have a ton of easy good things I will get them to you. have a good Easter and a safe trip and lets get together when you get back

Thanks! There was a recipe for the vinaigrette. I was too lazy for that (even though it sounded pretty simple). I just bought one from the store.

Sounds tasty… I like the simple recipes b/c they are usually the best. What about the vinaigrette… was there a recipe for that as well? And, congrats on catching the cooking bug!
