A Laundry List of Requests

One thing I love about Social Media is that it is an easy what to know what is going in people’s lives (not everything, but certainly the very good and the very bad tend to pop up). So you can kind of keep tabs on what to be praying for. I am sure you already have a laundry list of prayer requests but can I suggest a few more?

Sweet, sweet, sweet Kate McRae’s family has had to make a hard impossible decision about her future treatment plans. Now that is behind them, they have a long road of ahead with chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. Pray that the family would endure, stay faithful, and that their little girl would be healed.

Today Pete Wilson, Jenni Catron and Ryan Bult leave for India. They are doing reconnaissance on a future mission field for Cross Point. Pray that they will have safe travels. And that their trip will be productive.

Karen and Steve Anderson’s daughter Kelly is in Haiti with a Mission to the World medical team. And she’s sick with a GI infection. And she’s in HAITI. Please pray that Kelly gets back to 100% stat so that she can help with the disaster relief. And that Karen and her husband find some peace from their worry.

Mary DeMuth’s daughter had to make a trip to the ER last night for “breathing problems.” She is feeling better now, but pray that they find out what was aggravating the problems.

Do you have anything we can be praying for? I’d love to add them to my list.

I will definitely be praying for these. I will be leaving in a few weeks to go on a trip to West Africa. This will be a follow up visit to an unreached people group. Please pray for safe travel and continued reception from the people in this village.

I will be praying for all of those!
I don't have much in the way of specifics but I know that I need wisdom in some decisions that I need to make in the coming months.

  7. Praying for these, and asking everyone to also pray for 11-year-old Kinsey in Iowa Park, TX. Kinsey had an undiagnosed pseudotumor that caused her to lose much of her sight before it was finally diagnosed and addressed. Two surgeries later, the doctors don't know why her sight continues to worsen. She's lost all sight in one eye and has very little in the other.

I'll be praying for those things, Lindsey. If you could pray for me that as I seek God I can hear Him more clearly I'd appreciate it. :)

Hello, I came across this post while searching for help with JavaScript. I have recently changed browsers from Safari to Microsoft Internet Explorer 5. After the change I seem to have a problem with loading JavaScript. Everytime I browse website that needs Javascript, the page freezes and I get a “runtime error javascript.JSException: Unknown name”. I can’t seem to find out how to fix the problem. Any help is very appreciated! Thanks
